ARPA - Basic Principles CBT


This 30-minute, computer based training program (CBT) is an introduction to the basic principles of the Automatic Radar Plotting Aid (ARPA). Learn how this important maritime navigation tool facilitates safe watch-keeping and collision avoidance. Officers who use ARPA properly and know the capabilities and limits of the equipment are valuable members of the bridge team.
